Course Refund Policy

Linux Training Academy offers a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase of a course unless otherwise stated on the course enrollment page. By requesting and accepting a refund, you understand that you must fully withdraw from the course and will thereby lose access to all materials made available by and submitted to Linux Training Academy.

We will NOT provide refunds past the refund period. After the refund period, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the course regardless of your participation, or lack thereof, in the course.

If you enrolled using a payment plan, you are responsible for making all payments. Payments are due even if you complete the course before all payments are due. For example, you may enroll in a 1-month course on a 3-month payment plan. Even when the course ends after 1 month, your payments continue until all 3 payments are made. This can be 2 months after the course is completed. Also, all payments are due regardless of your participation, or lack thereof, in the course.

No refunds will be given for students who simply fail to participate in a course or fail to make use of course materials.

Course Deferment Policy

If you enroll in a course that includes instructor access and you find yourself unable to keep up with your lessons and assignments due to an unanticipated scheduling conflict, you may request a deferment. Please note that you may only defer once per registration in a specific course and may only defer to the next immediate session of the same course. Additionally, deferments may only be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase of a course.

All requests for deferment are evaluated individually and approved or declined at Linux Training Academy’s sole discretion.
